My order

How can I modify of cancel my order ?

Just contact us as quickly as possible by email at contact@laruze.com explaining your problem. Our team will make sure to help you modifying or cancel your order before shipment. 

How to proceed exchange or refund ?

contact us by email at contact@laruze.com explainging the reason you want an exchange or refund. As soon as validated by the team you will need to send back the watch or straps in its original pack and in perfect state (never worn) to our warehouse : 32 rue Saint Paul 75004 PARIS FRANCE. Please take care of packing well your parcel before shipping it to us to avoid any damages during the transport, in which case the article could not be refunded. Once we receive the conform article you will be refunded within 72h. Return costs are at your charge.

- We offer standard free shipping with no minimum purchase in France and with a minimum purchase of 100$ worldwide. Standard delivery is operated with Colissimo within 48h for France and 2 to 5 days for international. We also offer Express delivery in 24h with Chronopost for 24$.

How can I track my parcel ?

Warranty

What is included in the warranty ?

LARUZE offers a 2 year warranty from date of purchase on any manufacturing defect (defective parts or improper assembly).Our warranty does not cover a bad use of your watch likely to cause a malfunction due to its normal use of its battery, its case, its crystal or band as well as theft or loss.

Any repair intervention owes to be entrusted to an authorized “LARUZE” dealer at the risk of releasing any responsibility from us and to cancel the planned free coverage. Your warranty will not be valid if you do not have proof of your purchase.

Warranty is not covering the watch straps.

MY WATCH STOPPED OR IS GETTING LATE, WHAT SHALL I DO ?

Your watch as a 2 year warranty, if you had any problem just contact us by email at contact@laruze.com explaining your problem. Our team will explain you how to send your watch to our warehouse so we can show it to our watchmaker. As long as the problem comes from a manufacturing defect, your warranty will cover any repair costs and your watch, once repaired, will be sent back to you for free. it he problem was not covered by your warranty (broken crystal for example) our team will first give you an estimation of the repair costs and wait for your agreement and payment before executing the repair. 

How long does it take to get my watch back from ASS ?

As soon as we receive your parcel, the watch will be given to our watchmaker. Standard treatment time is 2 to 3 weeks.
